Raw-edged power flex fan belt
The internal friction between the fan belt and engine pulley is reduced, enhancing the lifespan of engine pulley and belt durability more than 3 times. The raw-edge power flex fan belt reduces internal friction in the rubber sheet through the ability to cling to the engine pulley. The new fan belt has edges that are made from canvas wrapped with rubber sheet.

Direct injection system
With direct injection system, the fuel is injected into the combustion chamber directly. The combustion process resulting in head and pressure is transformed directly to the force that drives the piston head. This increases horse power and reduces engine temperatures, therefore, improves engine endurance for long working hours.

Piston
The pistons employs a deep troidal bowl type, to allow the intake air to swirl in the bowl quicker and smoother. It also permits the precise ratio of intake air and fule mixture to take effect, resulting in complete combustion. The process enhances the engine output, and increases level of torque when operating at a low speed by 3 to 5%.

The RT Plus engines share the same direct injection combustion system. With the high efficiency of the DI system, fuel is injected directly into the combustion chamber. The subsequent combustion process resulting in heat and pressure is then transformed directly to the force that drives the piston head. This process results in enhanced horse power and improved fuel efficiency.
